PlaceNet provides comprehensive human resource and talent consulting services to organizations across India, including:

• Permanent Hiring: Sourcing and screening qualified talent for full-time corporate roles.
• Leadership & Executive Search: Tailored search mandates for Director, VP, and C-suite leadership.
• RPO Solutions: Scalable Recruitment Process Outsourcing embedded within client HR functions.
• Interview-as-a-Service (IaaS): Structured technical and competency assessments led by domain experts.
• Background Verification (BGV): Pre-employment credential, academic, and employment history verification.
• Contract & Project Staffing: Flexible workforce solutions for specialized project demands.
• Technical Training & Readiness: Role-specific corporate capability development programs.
• Resume & Career Assistance: Structured profile formatting and career mobility advisory.

2. Candidate Terms & Zero Fee Commitment

Candidates and job seekers accessing our placement services or registering on our Career Calendar agree to:

• Authentic Submissions: Provide genuine, accurate, and verifiable information regarding academic qualifications, employment records, and contact details.
• Interview Professionalism: Attend confirmed interview appointments punctually or provide advance notice of any rescheduling.
• Placement Discretion: Submitting a resume or attending a drive does not guarantee an employment offer. Final hiring selections and employment terms remain at the sole discretion of the respective hiring employer.

3. Corporate Client & Employer Engagements

Corporate talent mandates, executive search contracts, and staffing engagements are formalized via signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or commercial recruitment proposals:

• Candidate Referral Period: Candidate profiles submitted by PlaceNet are recognized as our introduction for a standard period of 12 months from submission. If the client hires the candidate during this timeframe in any position, agreed professional placement terms apply.
• Confidentiality: Resumes and candidate data provided by PlaceNet are strictly confidential and intended solely for the client organization's internal evaluation.
• Commercial Terms: Placement fee structures, payment milestones, and replacement policies are governed by the specific signed client agreement.

4. Placement Drives & Calendar Registrations

Schedules, event dates, and drive locations displayed on our Career Calendar (/career) are coordinated with hiring partners. While PlaceNet takes every effort to maintain accurate and timely schedules, drive timings and venue arrangements may be modified due to employer scheduling requirements.

5. Intellectual Property

All website materials, logos, trademarks, illustrations, text, and visual designs on placenetconsultants.com are the exclusive intellectual property of PlaceNet Consultants Private Limited. Any unauthorized copying, scraping, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

PlaceNet exercises thorough diligence in candidate screening and background checks based on available records. However, PlaceNet does not warrant the ongoing performance, workplace conduct, or personal actions of candidates once hired. Employment agreements are entered into solely between the employer and the candidate.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or our domestic recruitment services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
