About the Client

Our client was a Big Four Company. They had a requirement for an Enterprise Integration Architect. This position was for one of their telecom clients.

Client’s Overview

The B4 Company wanted us to find them a suitable match who was not just efficient, and experienced but also had similar salary expectations as the client had in their budget.

Objective

Since it was for a B4 Company, the expectations were high and our primary aim was to live up to the client’s requirements. Finding an efficient Enterprise Integration Architect who had experience in Telecom Domain within the set budget was our aim.

Significant Challenges

  • Challenge was to find a high-quality profile with very good experience in enterprise architecture and integration.
  • Experience in the telecom domain was important.
  • There was no flexibility in the given budget.

We looked for the candidate extensively on platforms such as LinkedIn, Job portals, and company searches.

  • The budget was the challenge that we had to overcome, so, we tried to look for the candidate who already had less CTC or who had a career gap (regardless of the reason)

  • We found a candidate who had worked in a start-up for some time and also had significant experience in architecture and the telecom domain.
  • Since he worked in a start-up, he didn’t have any payslips to show or even proper documents to submit but this was also solved by negotiating with the company.
  • We were able to close the position with a quality candidate within the set requirements in 2 months.
