Client’s Overview

The company was planning to expand by extending their products in the marketspace. They wanted highly skilled and knowledgeable candidate in the field of managing products, especially in the card’s domain.

Client is a growing company who were planning to extend their product. They had a requirement for product manager who has excessive knowledge in cards Domain.

Objective

To look for a candidate who suited the best to the company’s product manager position. This required searching for a senior product manager in specificity, therefore being a niche-based domain.

Significant Challenge

Here are the challenges that came in our way while looking for a viable solution for our client.

  • We searched for candidates on different job portals, including professional platforms such as LinkedIn and Headhunting.
  • We targeted candidates working in companies operating in same domain.
  • We screened candidates on their knowledge and experience in payment network protocols, payment card processing, its risk management, etc.

Finally, we were able to process a candidate with strong knowledge with 12+ years of experience in the domain itself.

Since our client was very much interested in onboarding the candidate, our team liaised between candidate and the client helped them in negotiating salary and joining early on.
